CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
24 Hours notice for cancellations/appointment changes is required. Any appointment cancelled/changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the appointment. If the client or therapist are able to fill the appointment, the client will not be charged a no show fee.
Upon late arrival, every effort will be made to provide the scheduled amount of time for the service. However, in the event that the full service cannot be provided due to tardiness, the client will still be responsible for the full amount of the session. The therapist reserves the right to cancel the session after 15 minutes of tardiness; in this case the client would be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY & HEALTH
The benefits of massage can be endless. However, in some situations, massage can also be harmful. All clients are required to fill out an intake form to enclose all health conditions. Clients are also required to update the therapist to any changes in health. This information is vital to provide a safe massage for each client. In some cases, the client may be required to provide a doctor's note of approval. All information is kept confidential. Information will not be discussed with anyone without a written release form signed by the client.
PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN REQUIRMENTS
All clients under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a release form on their behalf. All clients under the age of 14 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a release form, and also be present in the room during the massage session.
The utmost respect and professionalism will be provided by the therapist and the same is expected from the client. In the event of anything less, the session will be ended immediately. Clients will be draped modestly during the entire massage. The only part of the body that will be undraped is the part of the body being massaged.
Prepaid services and gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.
